  2.Rogan Josh: Hailing from the beautiful valleys of Kashmir, Rogan Josh is a fragrant lamb      curry cooked with an array of spices including saffron, ginger, and Kashmiri red chili powder.  The slow cooking process ensures that the meat is tender and infused with the rich flavors of  the gravy. Ragan Josh is an aromatic lamb or goat meat dish from the Kashmir religion of  India. It is a spicy hot curry usually eaten with naan or rice.
